We aim to respond within a few business days.
From the Home screen, tap Create Group, give it a name, and you're done. You'll get a shareable join code to invite others.
Tap Join Group on the Home screen and enter the group code shared with you. The group's admin will need to approve your request before you're added.
Open a group, tap to log a new match, pick the players and the score for singles or doubles, and save -- your group's leaderboard updates automatically.
Rankings are based on the matches logged in your group -- wins, losses, and points. You can view the leaderboard for today, this week, this month, or all time, and Smasho crowns a Player of the Day, Week, Month, and All Time for the group.
Smasho keeps an eye on how often the same two players pair up for doubles each week, so games get spread around the group instead of one duo dominating every session.
Yes -- you can create or join as many groups as you like, and switch between them from the Home screen.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Smasho in your phone's system settings, and that you have a working internet connection. Notifications are sent when someone requests to join your group, or when your own join request is approved or declined.
Smasho uses Google or Apple sign-in so you don't need to create or remember a separate password. We don't support email/password accounts.
